Kangana Ranaut has expressed her frustration over Rakhi Sawant’s remarks about her and actor-politician Smriti Irani.
The Queen star, known for her unfiltered views within the film fraternity, slammed Sawant for criticising her stance against the Cockroach Janta Party in a sexualised remark.
Kangana hit back by accusing her of jealousy and using her platform to make derogatory comments about her.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she said, “Not just her but most unsuccessful and bitter people are quick to character lynch successful women to satisfy and justify their jealousy/envy, failures and ego but high time we stop being vulnerable to such frequent, intentional attacks and public character assassination, we must stop feeling humiliated and hurt and stop over explaining ourselves.”
For the unversed, Rakhi had previously shared a video in which she spoke out against Kangana for using remarks like “generation gutter” for Gen Z, calling her a “gutter mouth.”
Responding to Rakhi’s comments about her, the Tanu Weds Manu alum said, “I see such people every day, whether it is Ashutosh Rana, who says that I bark like a dog; or Sonu Sood, who says that I should learn how to behave. People like Rakhi Sawant, who make all kinds of vulgar comments about my character; and Taapsee Pannu, who keep insulting my parents, my upbringing and my background.”
On the professional front, Kangana is currently gearing up for a psychological thriller alongside R Madhavan
