After two seasons at Sunset Town in southern Phu Quoc, “Symphony of the Sea” is set to return with an expanded stage, fireworks display and lineup of performers.

The floating platform for the fireworks will expand from 840 to 3,000 square meters, while the stage will increase from 70 to 200 meters.
The larger performance area will accommodate three times more fireworks than last season, allowing pyrotechnic effects to be choreographed across a wider area and at different heights. Fireworks will be launched along the stage, with Kiss Bridge serving as a focal point.
The new season will feature fireworks designed by Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display of China and Macedos Pirotecnia of Portugal, winners of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) in 2025 and 2026, respectively.
Jiangxi Yangfeng is known for large-scale, multilayered displays and rapid transitions, while Macedos Pirotecnia takes a more narrative approach, coordinating fireworks with music. Its DIFF 2026 performance included light cascades, comets, spherical shells, candles and fountains.

The two teams will bring different pyrotechnic styles to the new edition, combining large-scale sequences with music-driven sections.
The water-based performances will also expand, with around 30 performers in each nightly show. The jet ski fleet will increase to 14, more than double the previous season, while eight flyboard performers will take part.
The expanded lineup will allow for more formations and sequences, with jet ski riders crossing and changing formations on the water while flyboard performers perform aerial maneuvers.
The flyboard performances will also feature illuminated “wings,” spinning pyrotechnics and trailing fireworks.

The soundtrack will be reworked to coordinate with the jet skis, flyboards and fireworks, with changes in tempo corresponding to different stages of the performance and its climax.
Sun Bavaria GastroPub, which overlooks the performance area, will also be upgraded. Its international buffet will be expanded to nearly 100 dishes, while the venue will offer views of the water performances, fireworks and Kiss Bridge.
The venue was recently recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s largest beachfront beer restaurant.

The upgraded “Symphony of the Sea” and Sun Bavaria GastroPub are scheduled for completion in November 2026, ahead of Phu Quoc’s year-end travel season.
The new season will combine 14 jet skis, eight flyboard performers, music and an expanded fireworks display across the 200-meter stage, with Kiss Bridge forming part of the backdrop.
The show is part of efforts to expand Phu Quoc’s nighttime entertainment offerings by combining water sports, pyrotechnics, music and dining in the same waterfront area.
