The special thing about this recipe is that you do not need to bring many ingredients from the market to make it. You can easily prepare delicious Rasmalai Laddu with milk, milk powder and some common ingredients present at home. So let us know the easy recipe of making Rasmalai Laddu.

Material
Milk powder – 1 cup
Full cream milk – ½ cup
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 to 3 tablespoons
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Saffron – 8 to 10 threads
Rose water – ½ tsp
Pistachios – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Almonds – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Method
- First of all, put ghee in a pan and heat it lightly. Add milk powder to it and fry lightly on low flame while stirring continuously. Take care that the color of milk powder does not change.
- Now slowly add milk and condensed milk and stir the mixture continuously. After cooking for some time, it will thicken and start leaving the pan.
- Now add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and mix well. After turning off the gas, add rose water and mix the mixture well. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- When it remains slightly hot, apply some ghee on your hands, take small portions of it and give it a round shape and prepare laddus. Finally, apply chopped pistachios and almonds on the laddus.
- Delicious rasmalai laddus are ready. Cool them in the refrigerator for some time and offer them to Ganpati Bappa and enjoy them with the family as Prasad.
