New Delhi: Instagram creator and biker Siya, who came into limelight after her bike collided with a car in Gurugram, has raised questions on the statement of the accused car driver. In her video released after the accident, Sia responded to the driver's comment in which he said that he felt sorry for the woman riding the bike. Siya questioned that if the driver was really concerned about them, then why did he not stop at the spot after the accident.

In a video of about three minutes, Sia presented her side regarding the accident. He also questioned the driver's claim that he did not know that a woman was riding the bike.

According to Siya, the people in the car followed him for a long distance and tried to come close to the bike several times. He said that the sequence of the entire incident is clearly visible in the video of the incident spot.
"If there was mercy then why didn't he stop?"
Siya said that if the car driver was really feeling pity for them, he should have stopped after the collision and checked their condition. He says that the accident could have been serious and he could have suffered fatal injuries.
He also claimed that in a video the car is seen changing lanes and hitting his bike. In the second footage, the bike can be seen dragging after the collision.
Complaint lodged with police
According to Sia, this incident happened on the morning of 13 September on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. He alleged that people riding in a white sedan were harassing him and trying to stop the bike. After the collision, the bike got dragged for about 300 meters and the car riders left the spot.

Sia has filed a complaint with the police demanding action. According to her brother, Sia is suffering from body pain, muscle strain and many scratches after the accident. The police have initiated action in the matter on the basis of the complaint.
