Tezzbuzz Desk- Akhilesh Yadav said that if the government is formed, the artisans of Vishwakarma Samaj will be given special budget, support for market and production. Also claimed to build Lord Vishwakarma temple on the river front. Before the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, Samajwadi Party National President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav made several big announcements on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti. He said that if SP government is formed in the state, the day of Lord Vishwakarma Jayanti will be declared a public holiday. Along with this, Lord Vishwakarma temple will be constructed on the river front.
Referring to the importance of Lord Vishwakarma, Akhilesh Yadav said that he not only created the universe but also played an important role in the construction of Dwarkapuri. He said that special budget provision will be made to provide market to the artisans of Vishwakarma community and to increase production.
During this, Akhilesh Yadav targeted the BJP government regarding the quality of roads and expressways of the state. Referring to Kanpur Expressway and Purvanchal Expressway, he alleged shortcomings in the construction works. Akhilesh said that repair and construction work is still going on on the projects which have been inaugurated.
He alleged that corruption and loot have increased in the BJP government. Akhilesh raised the issue of alleged irregularities in several projects, including Ansal Hi-Tech City, and accused the government of selling off government assets. Akhilesh Yadav also cornered the government on the issue of UPI charge. He said that preparations are being made to impose duty on every transaction and the government has no answer on inflation. He claimed that if the SP government is formed, work will be done to increase job and employment opportunities for ITI youth.
