UP Politics: The process of party-change seems to be increasing before the 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. In this series, BJP leader and six-time minister Professor Ramashray Kushwaha has joined the Samajwadi Party. The special thing is that Kushwaha has already been with Samajwadi Party. On the occasion of his joining SP, many people associated with different parties and organizations also took membership of the party.

After returning to SP, Ramashray Kushwaha mentioned Mulayam Singh Yadav in his address. He said that even today he feels that Netaji is present among him. Kushwaha also talked about Akhilesh Yadav getting respect and position like Mulayam Singh Yadav. He said that where there is respect, the person remains connected.
Kushwaha also appealed to his supporters to work to make Akhilesh Yadav the Chief Minister. He said that he will not sit at home until Akhilesh Yadav is made the Chief Minister. His statement is being linked to SP's political preparations before the 2027 elections.

During the joining of Ramashray Kushwaha, it also came to light that people associated with different organizations including RLD, BJP, Nishad Party, BSP, Apna Dal and AIMIM had joined SP.
At the same time, Akhilesh Yadav expressed his views on many issues on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti. He said that the holiday of Vishwakarma Jayanti will be reinstated if the Samajwadi Party forms the government. Akhilesh also targeted the BJP government regarding the expressway and raised issues related to Agra-Lucknow, Bundelkhand, Purvanchal and Gorakhpur Link Expressway. He sarcastically said that if ever Mother Ganga calls, then one should not go through Ganga Expressway.
