Gurugram Hit and Run Case: Recently a new update has come to light in the hit and run case from Gurugram. The main accused in this incident, Kalyan Bainsla and his partner Lavnish have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Today, after completion of police remand, the accused were presented in the court, from where the court conducted the hearing and sent them to judicial custody. At the same time, the next hearing of this case will be held on the first date of the next month i.e. on 1st October.
Giving information about the case, the lawyer of the accused, Lalit Bindal, said that today the two-day police remand has been completed. After which the police presented him to the court informing them that their investigation has been completed. At the same time, during the hearing, the court decided to send the accused to judicial custody for 14 days.
No official confirmation received yet – victim’s brother
The brother of the victim female biker said that his intention was not to create any kind of caste dispute. They are only raising their voice against the crime and want that the other two accused who are absconding in the case should also be arrested soon.
He said that according to the statement of Shivani alias Siya, four people were present in the vehicle at the time of the incident. In such a situation, the family hopes that the police will soon arrest the two other accused and present them before the law.
According to the family, the video that surfaced from the club shows all four people partying all night and leaving from there in the morning. However, he said that he has not yet received any official confirmation in this regard.
The victim’s family has appealed to the authorities to thoroughly examine the entire CCTV footage of the club and all other evidence related to the case, so that the entire truth of the incident can be revealed.
