That verse of Bhagavad Gita, which gives mental peace

Many times a person takes some decisions due to which he has to face problems in future. Apart from this, many times a person commits a mistake knowingly or unknowingly, after which he gets buried under the burden of regrets. Those who are facing similar problem should read and understand a particular verse of Bhagavad Gita. Through that verse a person can find solutions to all the problems and problems of his life.

 

Bhagavad Gita is considered one of the very special scriptures in Sanatan Dharma. The same things have been written in this book, which were told by Lord Krishna to Arjun in the form of a sermon in the Mahabharata. A total of 700 verses are written in Srimad Bhagavad Gita, out of which one verse is very special and important. In today's times, if a person adopts this verse of Bhagavad Gita, then the person can easily face many problems. Special verse of Bhagavad Gita

 

Lord Shri Krishna preached to Arjun through the 66th verse of the eighteenth chapter of Bhagavad Gita. Shri Krishna said to Arjun, O Arjun, leave all the entanglements of your deeds and come to me. I will free you from all sins. Don't repent now for the bad deeds you have done.

 

Sarvdharmaanparityajya mamekam sharanam vraj.
Aham twa sarvapapaybhyo mokshayishyami ma shuchah.

We learn from this verse that when faced with a problem, one should not mourn over that problem alone. Instead one should take refuge in God. Also, a person should not mourn for his mistakes for a long time. Instead, one should trust God, learn from one's mistakes and move forward. By adopting this verse in one's life, not only will the person get peace of mind, but will also get freedom from various complications of life.

 

Apart from this, there is another verse mentioned in Bhagavad Gita, reading which inspires a person to continue doing his work. That verse is the 47th verse of Chapter 2 of Bhagavad Gita, in which Shri Krishna has explained about karma.

Karmanyevadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadachan.
Maa Karmaphalheturbhurma te Sangostvakarmani.

 

This verse means that a person has the right to continue his work. Instead one should not worry about the results of one's actions. Therefore, a person should neither do work for the sake of results nor should leave the work thinking about the consequences of the work.
