On the occasion of Total Solution Day organized on 19.09.2026, Additional Superintendent of Police Operation Rishabh Runwal participated in the Total Solution Day organized by Tehsil Duddhi and Additional Superintendent of Police Headquarters Anil Kumar in Tehsil Robertsganj, the problems and complaints of the common people were heard and necessary guidelines were given to the concerned officers for their quick and effective disposal.
During this period, special emphasis was laid on fair, quality and timely disposal of the complaints received. Especially in land and revenue related disputes, instructions were given by the joint team of Police and Revenue Department to investigate the facts on the spot and ensure fair action as per the rules, so that the complainants do not have to wander here and there unnecessarily and quick and fair resolution of their problems can be ensured.
Officers were directed to ensure quality disposal of every complaint received during Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas with transparency and fairness within the stipulated time frame. Also, by obtaining information regarding disposal from the complainant, it should be ensured that effective action has been taken in the case as per rules.
Apart from this, all the field officers of the district were present in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in the respective tehsils under their respective circles and the complaints and problems of the common people were heard and necessary directions were given to the concerned departmental officers for their quality and timely disposal. Sonbhadra Police clarified that it is continuously working with sensitivity and commitment, giving priority to the quick, fair and effective disposal of the problems of the common people and public hearing.
