Punjab Politics: Like Delhi, in Punjab too, the central government of BJP was conspiring to defeat the elections by defaming Aam Aadmi Party in a fake case. Making this big disclosure, Delhi State President of the party Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the BJP government was planning this conspiracy for the last two months. The BJP government was planning that just before the elections, AAP would be defamed by falsely alleging that it had taken crores of rupees from drug smugglers. For this, 58 fake companies were registered at the address of “AAP” headquarters from July 19 to September 15 with the help of the Central Government department. So that the BJP government can publicize that AAP was running hundreds of cell companies. But the conspiracy was detected before this. Now the Central Government should investigate and tell how 58 GST registrations were done in different names at the address of government residence?
Mention of Delhi elections and liquor scam allegations
Saurabh Bhardwaj, while holding a press conference at the AAP headquarters on Tuesday, said that just like before the Delhi elections, new false allegations were leveled against the Aam Aadmi Party every day and there was talk of a liquor scam worth crores of rupees, but after the Aam Aadmi Party was dishonestly defeated in the Delhi elections, not even a charge sheet could be filed. In that case the court discharged the case at the charge sheet stage itself saying that the case was not made out. Similarly, before the 2022 Punjab elections, it was said that Khalistanis have funded the Aam Aadmi Party. Then it was said that evidence has arrived, crores of rupees have arrived and a case is about to be registered, but later the government itself told the court that no such case could be made out.
Allegations of conspiracy before 2027 Punjab elections
Saurabh Bhardwaj revealed that even before the 2027 Punjab elections, a big conspiracy was being hatched against the Aam Aadmi Party. Before the elections of February 2027, in December or January, the BJP government would have planted the news everywhere that the Aam Aadmi Party received crores of rupees from drug smugglers and that the Aam Aadmi Party was running hundreds of shell companies, for which everyone would be sent to jail. For a month or two, the discussion would go on about which company it was, in whose name it was, where the money came from, where the money went and the BJP government would hatch a complete conspiracy to defeat the Aam Aadmi Party in the elections.
58 business registration claims at AAP office address
Saurabh Bhardwaj told that from July 19 to September 15, 58 businesses and their GST registration has been done at the address of the national office of Aam Aadmi Party (whose address is 1, Canning Lane Area, New Delhi). People who do business know that GST registration is not easy. If the registration has been done at the office address of Aam Aadmi Party, then the first thing that should have come to the mind of the GST officer is that 1, Canning Lane is a government bungalow and how can any private company or business be registered in it? Neither can anyone buy this place nor can anyone give it on rent, so prima facie this could not have happened.
Questions raised on GST registration process
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that while registering a business, OTP authentication of the operator’s Aadhar card has to be done. To show the place as yours, you have to show the water or electricity bill and property tax in your name. If the place is shown for rent, then the rent agreement, electricity bill and NOC of the landlord have to be shown. Apart from this, a business board has to be put up outside the place of business and a photograph has to be taken that my business is run here. In such a situation, our direct question to the Central Government is that how did these 58 businesses get registered at the address of the national office of Aam Aadmi Party?
58 Business names and registration details
Saurabh Bhardwaj further said that all these 58 businesses are registered at this address. Like a GST number is 07AHKPC920F3ZJ, whose legal name is Vikas Chaudhary and trade name is Priyanka. Similarly, these have been registered with names like Asha Enterprises, Mohammad Ahmed, Faizan Ahmed, Mohammad Asad Qureshi, Afzal, Mohammad Dilshad, Safia Khanum, Seema Parveen, Kashif Siddiqui, Sarfaraz and Mohammad Faizan and their business has been written as import-export. While giving the GST number, often the GST officer also comes to the place of business to physically verify it.
Demand for investigation from central government
Saurabh Bhardwaj asked whether the central government has fallen so low today that it will spread any lie just to make one party lose the elections? They just have to run the lie for one month, beyond that they don’t have to investigate because the agencies belong to them. They would form SIT, ED would register the case, the case would be sent to CBI and the Home Minister would say that Punjab is a border state, it is a sensitive matter for the country. Sensational revelations would have been made for a month and BJP would have defeated Aam Aadmi Party in the elections. Then people would write articles in the media as to what were the reasons for Aam Aadmi Party’s loss in Punjab, but no one writes that the biggest reason for this is dishonesty.
Demand for investigation of GST registration
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the complete details of these registrations, date and Aadhaar verification are available on the GST website. The OTP asked while inserting the Aadhaar card has also been verified. The central government should answer what conspiracy was going on and investigate and tell who are the people involved in it? From which servers and computers was this registration exercise going on and which officers had come here to verify? These 58 businesses have been registered in just two months between July 2026 and September 2026. We have given this complaint to the Principal Chief Commissioner GST, Commissioner of Trade and Taxes and New Delhi Police Commissioner on Saturday, September 19, but till now no response has been received from their side.
