Why did the divorce happen?
Gullu told Qazi about his marriage and divorce that for him it was not a heartbreak like a breakup, but it was still a heartbreak. He said, ‘I couldn’t tell anyone because everyone thought it was wrong, but according to me it was the right step for me. I had to take this step for myself.
Gullu further said, ‘I have come out of a very difficult situation. Somehow I ran away from there. It had been 4-5 months since my marriage. Even today, marriages take place early in our country. There is pressure that what else will you do? If you are not doing anything then get married.

Gullu also admitted that he did not love the woman he had married. Gullu further told Qazi, ‘After that, I got used to living alone. I thought nothing could be worse than this. Now life will give me even better things. I won the show (Roadies) and was having fun with my friends in Goa. At night, I saw that someone had leaked my wedding photo. I was not divorced at that time. Even when I was doing Roadies, I was having disputes with my family. They wanted to remain in the marriage; I wanted to get a divorce. I thought it was all over now. My family got angry with me and they stopped talking to me.
