Under the Seva Sankalp campaign, a block level painting competition was organized at the Block Resource Center Maharajganj on Wednesday. In this competition, students of classes 5 to 8 from about 40 primary and upper primary schools of the area including Maharajganj, Pokharni, Kotwa Madaniya, PM Shri Kubna, Tauli, Jiyapur and entire Awasthi participated enthusiastically.
In the organized competition, children displayed their creative art, in which Seema, a student of class 8 of Upper Primary School, Tauli, stood first, Mahi, a student of class 7 of Composite School, Pakhanpur, stood second and Deepanshi of Primary School, Maharajganj stood third.
Block Education Officer Ram Milan Yadav said that these three winning girl students, who performed excellently at the block level, were honored with certificates and pen boxes. Also, all three of them have been selected for the upcoming district level painting competition. During the program ARP Ankit Gupta, Meenakshi Pandey, Dinesh Shukla, Vikas Chaudhary, former A.R.P. Shiv Balak and teachers Rakesh Gautam, Radharani, Vivek and teachers and students of various schools were present.
