Lucknow. The government has issued new instructions to the officials regarding the consolidation process in Uttar Pradesh. The objective of governance is to make the work related to consolidation more clear and systematic. Consolidation Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod has instructed the officials to strictly follow the rules.
According to the instructions, after the completion of the consolidation process in a village, the jurisdiction of the concerned consolidation officers posted there will be considered ended. After this, objections will not be accepted in matters related to consolidation. Considering the pending cases as disposed as per rules, further action will be taken.
Records will be handed over to Tehsil administration
After the completion of the consolidation process, all the records of the concerned village will have to be made available to the tehsil administration without any delay. Along with this, instructions have been given to prepare a certified list of final amendments and orders made in the records.
These lists will be sent to the archives, consolidation office and the concerned tehsil, so that the records can be available in a safe and organized manner.
If a case of cancellation of any order related to any village comes to light, then it will have to be immediately sent to the competent authority. With the new instructions, emphasis has been laid on making the process of record management and disposal of pending cases more systematic after consolidation.
