Nagoya, Sept 25:
Anantjeet Singh Naruka and Parinaaz Dhaliwal won a historic bronze medal for India in the mixed-team skeet event at the Asian Games.
The Indian pair finished third with 44 points after entering the four-team final in fourth place. China won gold with 52 points, while South Korea took silver with 51.
The medal was India’s first-ever Asian Games medal in mixed-team skeet and completed a three-medal haul for Indian skeet in two days. Anantjeet, Bhavtegh Singh Gill and Mairaj Ahmed Khan had earlier won the men’s team bronze, while Parinaaz, Raiza Dhillon and Maheshwari Chauhan secured the women’s team bronze.
