New Delhi:The ODI series against West Indies is going to start from 27th September, and before that a huge discussion has started in the cricket world regarding the playing eleven of Team India. The biggest question is what kind of team will head coach Gautam Gambhir field in the first ODI.
According to many reports, Gautam Gambhir now wants to give maximum opportunities to Yashasvi Jaiswal in the ODI format, and under this thinking, he can be given the responsibility of opening. If this happens, a major reshuffle may be seen in the Indian batting order. If sources are to be believed, the responsibility of opening with Rohit Sharma can be given to Yashasvi Jaiswal, while Shubman Gill will be seen batting at number 3. In such a situation, the most interesting change will be that Virat Kohli may have to bat at number 4. Now it will be very interesting to see whether Kohli himself is comfortable with this change.
Mohammad Kaif also gave his opinion
Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif has also expressed his opinion regarding the possible playing eleven of Team India. Although Kaif has not tampered with Kohli's batting order in any way, but he has given a chance to Yashasvi Jaiswal at number 4 in his team. According to Kaif's thinking, the responsibility of opening should go to Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma, while Virat Kohli will bat at number 3 and after that Jaiswal will get the place at number 4.
