Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan show saw a confluence of glamour, traditional workmanship and Bollywood fashion, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal were the showstoppers in the show.
Designer Manish Malhotra presented his new Mijwan collection on 26 September. Alia Bhatt was the center of attraction at the 15th edition of Mijwan Fashion Show held in Mumbai. Alia walked the ramp with Vicky Kaushal wearing an ivory colored saree.
Alia Bhatt wore an ivory colored saree, her saree had lace and scalloped corners. There was sequin work all over the saree.
Apart from this, Shabana Azmi, Boney Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Shalini Pasi, Sonali Bendre, Khushi Kapoor and other Bollywood stars attended this star-studded evening.
Alia’s saree had intricate embroidery and delicate work. She wore stunning jewelery with this traditional outfit, which included a silver necklace set with polki stones and pearl pendants at the bottom, earrings and a maang-tika.
Her hair was styled very well, while the embroidered sheer drape was further enhancing the beauty of her look.
Actor Vicky Kaushal was wearing a stunning navy blue and white outfit. His long embroidered jacket had intricate floral designs and underneath it he wore a traditional button. For footwear, she wore matching shoes which added a royal touch to her look.
Both the actors looked comfortable on the ramp and were seen smiling at each other while posing together. Their chemistry and traditional looks soon became the talk of the town among fashion and Bollywood enthusiasts.
Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal are going to be seen with Ranbir Kapoor in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Love and War’. This film will be released on January 21, 2027.
Mijwan Show is associated with Mijwan Welfare Society. This organization was founded by late poet and social worker Kaifi Azmi. This initiative works to empower rural women through crafts and embroidery, especially the traditional Chikankari art.
