Ghaziabad: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Yuva Bharat Sankalp Yatra was taken out in Loni on Sunday. A large number of youth participated in the yatra led by BJP youth leader Rahul Baisla. The message of development of Loni and participation of youth was given through the yatra. Yuva Bharat Sankalp Yatra started from Garhi Kataiya Park of Loni. From here, the convoy of youth covered a distance of about six kilometers and reached Loni number-2. Rahul Baisla remained barefoot during the journey. A large number of youth completed the journey step by step with him.
Conclusion and purpose of the trip
The yatra concluded with garlanding the picture of Ambedkar located at Loni Number-2. During this, the youth remembered the thoughts of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and his contribution towards the country. Organizers said that the yatra was organized with the aim of connecting the youth with social concerns and development of the area. Various projects have already been started for development works in Loni.
Mention of development works and youth participation
In January 2026, MP Atul Garg and MLA Nand Kishore Gurjar had inaugurated development works worth about Rs 5 crore in the area, which included various routes and local development works. Organizer of the yatra, Rahul Baisla, linked it to the voice and participation of the youth regarding the development of Loni. There was a large presence of youth in the yatra and the entire route from Garhi Kataiya to Loni Number-2 was seen full of participation of youth workers.
