Bollywood actress Disha Patni's sister and former Indian Army officer Khushboo Patni has become a topic of discussion these days due to a video on social media. After a recent alleged harassment case in Jamui, Bihar, Khushboo has suggested self-defense measures to girls regarding the safety of women. In a video, he gave information about the use of air pistol and told that girls can ensure their safety by taking training in it.

Khushboo Patni shared a video on her official Instagram, in which she was seen giving information about the use of air pistol and its functioning. He told that in this type of pistol, carbon dioxide (CO2) is used instead of gunpowder or cartridges. Khushboo advised the girls that if they decide to have an air pistol for self-defense, it is necessary to undergo thorough training first.
He also clarified that air pistol should not be used considering it as a toy.
Importance of self-reliance in self-defense
Khushboo said in the video that girls should not depend on anyone in matters of self-defense. He also told about the price of air pistol, which is around Rs 60 to 70 thousand.
However, he also said that before purchasing and using any type of weapon or air pistol, one should have complete information and necessary training.
