National News : To commemorate 25 years of dedicated public service of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, MP Ramesh Awasthi organized a grand public service and cultural program at Motizil, Kanpur as part of Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. The day-long event included a free health camp, cleanliness drive, tree plantation, felicitation of sanitation workers, Ganga Aarti, grand Deepotsav and mesmerizing drone show.

Seva Sankalp lamp lit at MP Seva Kendra

In the evening, MP Ramesh Awasthi lit the Seva Sankalp lamp at his MP Seva Kendra, wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi long life and good health. This eternal lamp will be lit continuously for one month.

The sacred eternal flame of national service and dedication

MP Ramesh Awasthi said, “This is no ordinary lamp, but a sacred eternal flame of national service and dedication, which will be lit continuously throughout the month (September 17 to October 17) to remind us of our commitment to public service, upliftment of the poor and nation building.” Every citizen visiting Kanpur MP Seva Kendra can see this and witness this service commitment.

The ceremony at Motizil began with the singing of Vande Mataram

After this, a lamp was lit for blessing along with party workers at the residence of Booth President Devansh Sethi of Booth No. 41. After this the main ceremony at Motizil started with mass singing of Vande Mataram. Swachhta Praharis (cleanliness guards) who contributed to keeping the city clean and beautiful were felicitated. After this, a grand Ganga Aarti was performed expressing faith and devotion to Mother Ganga, and the divine series of lamp lighting began.

Magnificent forms made from lamps in one place

A large number of lamps were lit at the same place in the Motizil complex. These lamps created various elegant, attractive and artistic shapes and designs, illuminating the entire complex with a wonderful light. Through lamps, wishes were expressed for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s long life and good health.

Magnificent lamp designs entered the Golden Book of World Records

As a special achievement of the programme, various attractive and artistic designs created using the lamps were included in the Golden Book of World Records under the category “Most Designs Created with Illuminated Clay Lamps”.

During the event, an official representative of the Golden Book of World Records was present and personally observed the various designs made using lamps and the arrangements for the event. Subsequently, a provisional certificate was issued announcing the inclusion of the event in this world record series. The inclusion of these magnificent lamp designs in the Golden Book of World Records was a special achievement of the event.

500 drones create mesmerizing designs in the sky

Around 500 drones displayed various captivating designs and messages in the sky. This amazing combination of lights and designs in the sky turned the program into a memorable spectacle for the citizens present. At the end of the program, MP Ramesh Awasthi distributed 101 kg of laddus and shared the joy of the Prime Minister’s birthday with party officials and workers.
