Ingredients to make Masala Idli Fry
- Idli – 10
- Onion finely chopped – 1/2
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves – 8-10
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies cut lengthwise – 2
- Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Green coriander finely chopped – 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
How to make Masala Idli Fry
step 1- To make Masala Idli Fry, first cut the idli into small pieces in a vessel. After this, take a bowl and add red chili powder, red chili sauce, salt as per taste, turmeric powder and mix everything well. Put idli pieces in this mixture and mix well with the mixture.
Step 2- Now take a pan and add some oil in it and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add the idli pieces and mixture and fry them well with the help of a ladle. After this, turn off the gas flame.
Step 3- Now take another pan and heat oil in it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, curry leaves and green chillies and fry everything well for about a minute.
