New Delhi. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has made a major attack on Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the BJP government. He alleged that the Chief Election Commissioner used to work for BJP and will continue to do so. Also said, we will keep fighting until we get the right to vote on ballot paper.

Mallikarjun Kharge said that BJP has no vision for the country. First demonetization ruined the economy. Now the country is being ruined by 'banning voting'. Today, two of his own colleagues from the Election Commission are raising questions on CEC Gyanesh Kumar. All the BJP CMs are also defending the works of Gyanesh Kumar. Is the job of Chief Ministers to look after law and order or to protect such officers?

It is clear from this – Gyanesh Kumar was and is an agent of BJP. We do not need a certificate from BJP. We will keep fighting until we get the right to vote on the ballot paper. He further said, the way Captain Smit Machar showed bravery and saved the lives of 180 people is highly commendable. It is a matter of pride for the entire country. I congratulate him and his family for their bravery. Our country needs such brave and courageous people.
