The Meteorological Department has said that there will be heavy rain in 14 states on Sunday, October 4. During this period, storms may also occur in many states. There are chances of hailstorm in many states. According to the Meteorological Department, there is cyclonic circulation in the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. Cyclonic circulation has also formed in and around Sikkim.

The Meteorological Department has warned that there is a possibility of heavy rain and thunderstorm in Delhi, Punjab, UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala on October 4. The wind speed is expected to be up to 70 kilometers per hour. Due to this period of rain, the temperature will also fall in these states. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be rain in 16 districts of Western UP, Awadh and Eastern UP. Heavy rain is expected in 19 districts including Bihar's capital Patna. Storm will be seen here also. Heavy rain alert has been given in 11 districts including Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, 7 districts each of Uttarakhand and Himachal, and 8 districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

There is a possibility of rain and thunderstorm continuing in Bengal on Monday also. Heavy rain is expected in many districts of Punjab and Rajasthan on Sunday. Whereas, the Meteorological Department has warned of rain and storm in 18 districts of Madhya Pradesh including Ratlam, Indore, Mandsaur, Vidisha, Khargone, Khandwa. This year there has been 13 percent less rainfall than average in the monsoon season. In such a situation, the rain caused by cyclonic circulation can bring some relief to the animals and farmers.
