Mumbai: Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who was recently seen in ‘Cocktail 2’, shared a playful glimpse of her Sunday routine as she expressed envy over her furry friend Aura getting to enjoy a relaxed day at home while she had to head to work.
The actress took to the Stories section of Instagram and posted a picture of her puppy sleeping peacefully under the sheets. Rashmika humorously described Aura as “lucky” for getting to enjoy the bed all to herself.

Sharing the picture, Rashmika imagined what her pet might be thinking while she was preparing to leave for work.
“Aura be like: Mum hasn’t slept a wink and she has to go to work.. but who cares.. I get the bed all to myself and I am happy happy.. Lucky bum,” she wrote on the picture.
The light-hearted post offered fans a glimpse into Rashmika’s bond with her pet while also highlighting her hectic professional schedule.

Rashmika set for ‘Mysaa’
Rashmika will next be seen in ‘Mysaa’, an action drama whose teaser was unveiled recently.
The teaser features striking underwater sequences and offers a glimpse of Rashmika in an intense and physically demanding role. One of the most striking moments shows her character sitting at the bottom of the water while holding a sickle.
Rashmika plays a Gond tribal woman in the film, a role that required considerable physical preparation. The project also involves large-scale action sequences and a technically ambitious production.
‘Mysaa’ is directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films.
The makers are mounting the film on a grand scale, with action playing a major role in the narrative. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 27, 2026, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
Actress underwent intensive physical preparation
Rashmika’s role in ‘Mysaa’ has involved demanding physical work, including action and dance sequences.
Earlier, media reports claimed that the actress suffered a serious hip injury while filming an intense dance sequence. According to the reports, the demanding shooting schedule resulted in a complete tendon detachment in her hip.
Doctors were reportedly surprised by the severity of the injury, with the condition said to be more commonly associated with athletes undergoing rigorous physical training.
Rashmika was reportedly advised six weeks of complete rest to allow the injury to heal.
Following the initial recovery period, she underwent a structured rehabilitation programme aimed at restoring strength and helping her return to physical activity.
Despite the demanding preparation involved in her upcoming project, Rashmika continues to maintain a light-hearted connection with fans through glimpses of her personal life.
