Sanju Jindal becomes member of District Fatehabad Milling Committee

Ratiya: Sanjuai Jindal, associated with Ratia Rice Millers Association, has been appointed member of District Fatehabad Milling Committee. After his appointment, a meeting of the District Milling Committee was held at the DC office in Fatehabad on Tuesday. Various issues related to paddy procurement, milling, CMR and rice millers were discussed in detail in the meeting.

Officers present in the meeting and topics of discussion

DFSC Kushal Boora, DMs of all concerned agencies, FCI officials and other concerned officials were present in the meeting. Officials and members of the Milling Committee discussed the arrangements related to paddy procurement, sending paddy to shellers, milling process and CMR.

2000 metric tons of paddy equally to all millers

Sanju Jindal said on his appointment that no sheller operator in the district will be allowed to face any kind of problem. He said that efforts will be made to supply about 2000 metric tonnes of paddy to all the millers on an equal basis, so that all the millers can get paddy equally.

51 thousand rupees fine for carrying paddy in loose trolley

He clarified that no sheller owner will take paddy in loose trolley in the sheller. If a sheller owner takes paddy in a loose trolley, he will be fined Rs 51 thousand.

Emphasis on outstanding CMR and registration process

Sanju Jindal said that efforts will be made to get the outstanding CMR deposited in FCI by completing the work of the sheller operators who have outstanding CMR for the last season as soon as possible. Besides, the process of registration of the concerned millers will also be taken forward, so that no miller faces unnecessary trouble. He said that along with completing the outstanding work related to CMR on priority basis, emphasis will also be laid on streamlining the milling system for the new season.
