New Delhi. Leaders of the India Alliance on Tuesday protested against alleged irregularities in the SIR process and demanded the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar. Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and other opposition leaders were sitting on dharna outside Akashvani Bhavan. Now Delhi Police has taken Rahul, Priyanka and other leaders into custody and have removed them from the protest.

At the same time, before this, Rahul Gandhi said that he will continue his ongoing protest in the Akashvani Bhawan complex. He said that the Constitution allows us to register a protest.
