Bihar Energy Minister Shailesh alias Bulo Mandal informed about the preparations for security arrangements in pandals regarding Durga Puja. He said that necessary arrangements are being made by the electricity department to prevent any accidents due to electric current in the puja pandals. He also reacted to Anant Singh's displeasure and speculations of a break in NDA. Apart from this, the minister also hit back at the allegations of vote theft being made by RJD.
The Energy Minister said that the government is fully alert regarding the electricity system of pandals in the state during Durga Puja. Work is being done to raise the electrical wires around the pandals and arrange the wires as per need, so that the possibility of any kind of electrical accident can be reduced. He said that Anant is definitely angry, but is not away from the party. There is no breakdown of any kind in NDA. Tejashwi Yadav's statements are of no use and NDA does not take RJD's allegations of vote theft seriously.

Government alert to prevent electrical accidents in Durga Puja pandals
Energy Minister gave a big statement regarding Durga Puja. He said that Durga Puja is the biggest festival of Bihar and big pandals are made in every district. Many times accidents are reported due to electrical decorations and lighting in pandals. This time the government has already started preparations. The work of raising the electrical wires around all the pandals is being done by the electricity department. Where the wires are low or close to the pandal, the wires are being shifted and insulated wires are being installed.
The minister said that separate arrangements have been made for temporary connections in puja pandals. Puja committees have been instructed not to connect wires and overloading without the permission of the department. Executive engineers of the electricity department have been put on alert in every district.
The control room will work 24 hours during Durga Puja and in case of any fault anywhere, a team will be sent immediately. He said that last year there were incidents of electrocution at some places, this time the department is fully prepared to ensure that such incidents do not happen. Earthing and safety devices are also being checked in the pandals.

'Anant is definitely angry but not away from the party'
On the question asked on Anant Singh's displeasure and speculations of break in NDA, the Energy Minister said that the entire matter has already been put forward by his ministerial colleague on this issue. Anant is definitely angry, but is not away from the party. He said that Anant is an old and strong leader of the party and his resentment will go away soon. There is no breakdown of any kind in NDA. NDA is completely united and all the parties will contest the elections together.
The minister said that there is no truth in the speculations going on in the media about a break in the NDA. There is no dispute regarding seat sharing and all the parties are talking among themselves. Former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and all the big leaders will take the decision together.
Regarding Anant Singh, he said that he will soon be seen with everyone. Everything is fine in NDA and we will contest the elections with full strength. Bulo Mandal also reacted to the statements of Tejashwi Yadav and said that such statements will not be of any benefit. The public knows everything and is with NDA.

'Where there is RJD government there is no vote theft'
The minister also targeted the RJD's continuous allegations of vote theft on the Central Government and the Bihar Government and the demand for the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Bulo Mandal said that NDA does not take RJD's allegations seriously. Questioning the allegations, he said that where there is RJD government, there is no vote theft and where there is BJP or NDA government, there are allegations of vote theft. This is a double character.
The minister said that Tejashwi Yadav makes new allegations every day, but the public does not take his allegations seriously. Tejashwi's statements are not going to be of any benefit. He said that accusing the Chief Election Commissioner and demanding his resignation is baseless.
The Election Commission is a constitutional institution and is working in an impartial manner. When RJD sees defeat, it accuses it of vote theft. Bulo Mandal said that RJD has not been taken seriously by NDA in the past and these allegations will not be taken seriously in future also. NDA government in Bihar will win the elections on the basis of development and the people will again give a chance to NDA.
