CM Vijay visited MLA office

Chennai. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay visited his MLA office in Perambur on Wednesday and met residents. During this, Chief Minister Vijay took applications from the people and directed the officials to resolve the complaints immediately.

During this, CM Vijay interacted directly with the common people gathered in the office and also heard their complaints.

He accepted petitions seeking interference in local issues and directed officials to act on these requests without delay.

The Chief Minister also distributed individual certificates to those residents who had applied through the electronic service platform. The distribution was part of his constituency office visit, where he took stock of action on people’s requests and delivery of services.

CM Vijay examined the progress of development works in Perambur and sought information about the procedures to be followed to resolve complaints.

He also reviewed the effectiveness of constituency services and specific apps used for resolving complaints. His interactions with officials included both development projects and action taken on petitions submitted by residents.

He again said that the grievances of the people of Perambur should be addressed immediately, and also included settlement of pending requests among the issues reviewed during the tour.

Rainy season preparations were also discussed, and CM Vijay sought information about waterlogging in North Chennai. He asked the officials about the precautionary preparations made for the monsoon and the arrangements to deal with accumulation of rain water in the affected areas.

Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister inspected the Madhavavaram Dairy Farm in Chennai and held detailed talks with officials on milk procurement and distribution. He sought information about the processes of collecting milk and delivering it to customers.

At the Dairy Complex, CM Vijay inaugurated ‘Aavin Central Laboratory Annex Building’ built at a cost of Rs 2.23 crore. This was inaugurated during the inspection of facilities at Madhavavaram.

He also took stock of the construction work of a new farm being built inside the Madhavavaram Dairy Farm Complex and reviewed the ongoing works before leaving for Perambur.
