Lucknow. To increase the efficiency of government employees in Uttar Pradesh, the government has issued necessary instructions regarding online training under Mission Karmayogi. Officers and employees of all government departments will have to complete the prescribed training on the Karmayogi portal.
Course will have to be completed by 4 pm on 9th October
On behalf of Chief Secretary SP Goyal, instructions have been given to the senior officers of the departments that all the officers and employees working under them should complete two mandatory online courses by 4 pm on October 9. During this period, training is not affected, so departments have been asked not to organize any other meeting, review or other programs. The priority will be to complete the training of the employees on time.
6.47 lakh courses completed, yet many employees are not active
The government's review revealed that between October 1 and 2, the number of employees connected on the Karmayogi portal increased by 44,625. About 6,47,443 courses were successfully completed during the same period. However, there are still a large number of employees who have not completed even a single course. Departments have been asked to pay special attention to completing the training of such employees soon.
Reports will have to be sent to departments
A state level workshop is proposed under Mission Karmayogi in October 2026. Before this, all departments will have to prepare complete details of the training progress of their employees. This report in the prescribed format will have to be sent to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management. The government has also indicated strictness against departments and employees who are negligent in their work.
