Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, who reached Ayodhya, challenged Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to contest the assembly elections from Ayodhya. Akhilesh, who attended the closing ceremony of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, also targeted the government on the use of power, Election Commission and government agencies.

Tezzbuzz Desk– Samajwadi Party chief and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav reached Ayodhya on Thursday. He attended the closing ceremony of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha organized in Rasulabad on behalf of SP leader Tej Narayan alias Pawan Pandey. During this, he challenged Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to contest elections from Ayodhya.

Akhilesh Yadav said that the Chief Minister himself should contest the elections from Ayodhya. He said that if the Samajwadi Party government is formed, the people of Ayodhya will get work and every year the women of Uttar Pradesh will be given 40 thousand rupees.

Akhilesh said that considering everyone equal and respecting and protecting the dignity and reputation of every person is a step towards ensuring social justice. Citing the example of Lord Krishna, he said that 16,000 captive women in Dwarka were given respect and protection by linking their names and good fortune and were given equality in the society. According to him, this is a great example of the salvation of the oppressed, exploited and deprived people.

Referring to Sudarshan Chakra, Akhilesh Yadav also targeted government agencies and officials. He said that Bhagwat Katha also provides lessons for today's government institutions. According to him, Lord Krishna's Sudarshan Chakra is to protect the gentlemen, not to scare them.

Akhilesh Yadav said that officials and people in the government should also learn from Lord Krishna that power should be used for good use and not for misuse. He also asked today's rulers and the Election Commission to learn from Lord Krishna.

He said that the secret is not obtained through deceit, but through love and public opinion. According to Akhilesh, Lord Krishna never tried to get the throne of Hastinapur by deceit, but stood in favor of religion and worked to provide justice to the Pandavas.
