Gujarat Road Accident: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from West Kutch area of Gujarat. Here a horrific road accident took place near the Renewable Energy Park located near Khavda. In this tragic accident, seven helpless laborers died on the spot, while about twenty laborers were badly injured. The accident was so terrible that the sound of the loud collision of the vehicles was heard far and wide. After this horrifying scene, people working nearby and passers-by shuddered.
Scary scene spread on the road
According to eyewitnesses, this accident happened when there was a massive collision between a speeding Bolero vehicle carrying laborers and a heavy truck coming from the front. The intensity of the collision was so much that the Bolero was blown to pieces. The front part of the vehicle was completely shattered and many workers were buried under the debris of the vehicles and the heavy wheels of the truck. Within a moment there was chaos on the highway. The rest became distraught after seeing their comrades bleeding.
The entire area echoed with the cry for help
Immediately after the accident, a very painful situation developed at the spot. The injured laborers trapped under the truck and in the broken vehicle were screaming loudly to save their lives. People covered in blood were crying in pain and pleading for help. Hearing their screams, people passing by and local villagers immediately ran to the spot. Without any delay, people started trying to rescue the injured trapped under the debris, but the condition of the vehicles was so bad that it was proving extremely difficult to get the people out.

As soon as information about the incident was received, West Kutch Police and local administrative officials reached the spot with a heavy force. The police team immediately started large-scale relief and rescue operations with the help of local people. The people buried inside were taken out by cutting the iron sheets and removing the vehicles. Several ambulances were called on the spot and the injured were given first aid and taken to the nearest government hospital without wasting any time. The entire team of doctors is busy treating the injured, the condition of many of whom is said to be critical.
