Ladakh's renowned social activist Sonam Wangchuk on Saturday gave a 24-hour ultimatum to the central government, saying that if the people arrested during the demonstration organized under the banner of Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) were not released by Sunday, then she would consider going on a fast or march.
