Eternal-owned Blinkit has emerged as India’s leading quick-commerce platform for product availability, recording an average in-stock rate of 94.4%, according to a recent report by brokerage firm Bernstein.
Flipkart Minutes ranked second with an 88.7% availability rate, followed by Swiggy Instamart at 83.8% and Zepto at 82.5%.
The study tracked 150 stock-keeping units (SKUs) across grocery, fresh produce, and non-grocery categories over 10 days across seven daily time slots. The findings analysed operations across key metro PIN codes in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Bengaluru.
Blinkit maintained a steady stock availability of 94% to 95% throughout the observation period. In contrast, competitors like Swiggy Instamart and Zepto experienced sharper fluctuations, with product availability dropping below 80% during specific intervals.
Meanwhile, Flipkart Minutes secured second place, reflecting its expanding dark-store network and growing footprint in top Indian cities.
As quick-commerce platforms expand into electronics, beauty, and festive gifting, consistent product availability has become a critical operational differentiator alongside delivery speed.
