Shiva Sharma Murder Case Explainer: The search for Shraddha Dubey and her sister Rashmi Dubey, who are absconding in the famous Shiva Sharma murder case of Lucknow, has now reached the Nepal border. During police interrogation, Shraddha's old acquaintance Rizwan has claimed that he had dropped both the sisters in his car to Rupidha near the India-Nepal border. Now the police is trying to find out where both of them went from there and whether any other person also helped them in escaping.

According to available information, Shiva Sharma and Shraddha Dubey met about six months ago in a club in Lucknow. Gradually the closeness between the two increased and they came into a relationship. It is being told that both of them were living in a live-in relationship in Shraddha's flat for about four months.
Shiva belonged to a business family and is said to be the only son of his mother. According to the family, he was serious about his relationship with Shraddha. He had also introduced Shraddha to his mother and wanted to take the relationship to marriage.

5. Allegation of putting pressure on Shiva regarding his old case
An alleged criminal case related to Shiva's past is also in discussion in this murder case. According to available information, Shiva had earlier gone to jail in a firing case. It has been claimed that the Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh Police had announced a reward of Rs 50,000 on him in that case and later he was arrested from Patna.
