Moradabad. After befriending a person resident of Civil Lines police station area of Moradabad metropolis, the history-sheeter of Aligarh reached his house.
He intimidated the man’s daughter and took him with him to Delhi and kept her hostage for three months and raped her. The accused also sent obscene photos of the girl to her mother.
On receiving the complaint, the police laid siege and took the accused into custody on Thursday and recovered the girl. The police is interrogating the accused.
Police Station Civil Lines in-charge Inspector Harish Vardhan said that Rajkumar alias Bittu alias Abhishek, resident of Basera village of Pisawa police station area of Aligarh district, had become friends with a person living in a locality of Civil Lines area.
Due to this, he started coming and going home. After several visits, he became friendly with the entire family and started calling the girl his daughter.
It is alleged that about three months ago, he intimidated the girl and took her with him and kept her hostage in Delhi. During this time he raped her.
The accused also sent obscene photos of the girl to her mother. On receiving the complaint, Civil Lines police station took the accused history-sheeter into custody on Thursday.
According to Inspector Civil Line, the accused is a history-sheeter of Pisawa police station of Aligarh. There are 15 cases registered against him in various police stations including Pisawa and Rudrapur in various cases including murder, attempt to murder, police encounter, drug trafficking and Arms Act. Police are interrogating the accused after recovering the girl.
