ATLANTA — Former Vice President Kamala Harris is adding appearances to her final campaign push for Democrats, with events scheduled across several states from Oct. 21 through Oct. 30.
Her office shared the expanded itinerary first with The Associated Press.
The additions include New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Mississippi, plus a virtual Florida event. Harris had already announced late-October visits to Nevada and Georgia.
The schedule also places her in multiple states holding early contests in Democrats’ 2028 presidential nomination process.
Presidential Decision Remains Open
Harris has emphasized in recent interviews that her immediate priority is helping Democrats win in November.
She has not ruled out another White House campaign after losing the 2024 presidential election to Donald Trump.
Her upcoming appearances focus on Senate and gubernatorial nominees rather than announcing a decision about her own political future.
Nevada Visit Begins Tour With Aaron Ford and Union Members
Harris will open the closing stretch Oct. 21 in Nevada alongside gubernatorial nominee Aaron Ford and other candidates.
Ford, Nevada’s first Black attorney general, would become its first Black governor if elected.
Harris will also meet Culinary Workers Union members.
Nevada is scheduled to hold Democrats’ second presidential nominating contest in 2028, following South Carolina.
Mississippi Stop Supports Scott Colom’s Senate Bid
On Oct. 22, Harris will campaign in Mississippi with Senate nominee Scott Colom.
Colom faces Republican incumbent Cindy Hyde-Smith and has recently attracted greater attention from national Democrats.
A victory would make him Mississippi’s first Black U.S. senator since Reconstruction.
New Hampshire Event Highlights Reproductive Rights
Harris will visit New Hampshire Oct. 24 to support Senate nominee Chris Pappas.
She will also participate in a discussion about reproductive healthcare and abortion rights.
As vice president, Harris served as the Biden administration’s leading abortion rights advocateparticularly during the 2022 midterm campaign.

A three-day Georgia visit begins Oct. 28.
There, she will appear with Sen. Jon Ossoff, participate in voter protection events and speak at the Fulton County Democratic Party’s annual Atlanta gala Oct. 30.
Florida Virtual Event Connects Harris With Progressive Nominee
While in Georgia, Harris will lead a virtual organizing event with Florida Senate nominee Angie Nixon.
Nixon would become Florida’s first Black U.S. senator if elected.
The state lawmaker identifies as a democratic socialist and has support from activists on the party’s left who criticized Harris as too moderate in 2024.
The pairing brings Harris, associated with the Democratic establishment, together with one of the party’s most progressive nominees.
Expanded Tour Builds on Earlier Organizing Work
The itinerary follows Harris’ previous campaign appearancesfundraisers and online events, as well as voter protection and organizing work involving the Democratic National Committee.
Most recently, she visited Michigan to support progressive Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed and speak at an NAACP event.
