This fight is not against Gyanesh Kumar, he wants to topple the government

Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has made a strong attack after the statements of Neha Bora and Prashant Bhushan about changing the government. He said that efforts are being made to create political conflict and instability in the background of the ongoing protests by Bharat Aghadi and CJP against the SIR and Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.

They talk about toppling the government with one blow

At a press conference in Lucknow, Rajnath Singh said, “They talk about a coup on the basis of Bangladesh. They are saying this in the press conference. They talk about toppling the government with one blow. Their only agenda is to destroy democratic institutions and set the country on fire.” He was referring to the statements of lawyer Prashant Bhushan and AISA president Neha Bora.

Rajnath Singh said, “The use of words like 'coup' makes it clear that their fight is not for electoral reforms. It is not for SIR. It is not for Gyanesh Kumar. It is not for the bright future of the youth. Rather, it is an attempt to create anarchy in the country and gain power.” He further said, “I want to say that Rahul Gandhi and his associates should understand that democracy is not a license to spread anarchy, undermine the credibility of constitutional institutions or hinder India's development journey. And I believe the Supreme Court's comments yesterday are also an indication of this.” It is important to respect the law to maintain law and order.”

My advice to Rahul Gandhi

Singh said, my advice to Rahul Gandhi is that instead of doing disruptive politics in the name of protecting democracy, he should introspect on his political stand while respecting public opinion. As far as the future of India is concerned, everyone is responsible for the future of India. We should not choose the path of confrontation but the path of dialogue and nation building.

Rajnath Singh remembered history

Rajnath Singh said, “In 1993, the Congress government suddenly made changes in the Election Commission. Two new Election Commissioners were appointed in the Election Commission overnight. Remember, when Chief Election Commissioner N. Gopalaswamy had written a letter to the President and recommended the removal of Election Commissioner Naveen Chawla from the post. He had accused Chawla of giving sensitive information of the Election Commission to Congress leaders. This It is a very serious allegation. But Congress not only saved Naveen Chawla but also appointed him as Chief Election Commissioner. A former Election Commissioner appointed by Congress later became a Union Minister not once but twice. His name is Shri M.S. It was Gil. For five decades, elections were held in the country without voter ID cards. That means there were no voter ID cards before 1993. There was no concrete evidence to prove the identity of the voter. And ever since Voter ID cards have come, getting majority has become a distant dream for the Congress party.”
