The company issued a new rule!
The company says that people who repeatedly behave cruelly or abusively with the AI without reason can be prosecuted. But the question is now being raised whether the account can be blocked due to this. Clarifying the user’s question, expressing displeasure or criticizing AI’s answer will not result in account termination. (Photo Courtesy – AI Created)
Will the account be closed?
Usually you have also seen that if the AI doesn’t answer your question according to your preference, many people start using wrong language while talking to the AI. But experts are of the opinion that doing so may harm the users. Imagine you ask an AI a question and it answers those questions incorrectly. Then you ask the AI again the same question and it again answers the question wrongly, then if you get angry and curse or use abusive words, the question is now whether the account can be closed.
Anthropic announced the new rule
Anthropic, the company that created the Claude AI, has a policy prohibiting repeated abusive or abusive behavior with AI models. The company has announced their new policy from October 8, 2026. This rule will be implemented everywhere from November 12. Anthropic prohibits Sustained and Needless Abusive or Cruel Behavior in its policy. The company has stated that this rule is only for severe cases where users repeatedly behave abusively with the AI and there is no clear purpose behind it.
This means that Claude is answering a question incorrectly and it is not considered a rule violation if you tell him that his answer is incorrect. You can disagree with Claude’s answer, question his answer, and encourage him to give a better answer. Also excluded from this rule are things like you testing the model or asking him to write about serious and dark topics for a story.
