Former Australian cricket team's legendary all-rounder Shane Watson has praised Indian T20 team captain Shreyas Iyer. During a sports show on broadcaster Prime Video after the concluded T20 series between India and West Indies, Watson described Iyer as a very 'special player' of modern cricket. Watson believes that Shreyas has an amazing art of scoring runs against fast bowlers and especially against spin, which makes him different from the rest of the batsmen in the world.
