The North-West District of Delhi Police has prepared a strong security cordon to prevent any untoward incident amid the crowd gathering at Ramlila sites and to keep the event peaceful. Police personnel have been deployed at Ramlila sites under the supervision of North-West District Deputy Commissioner of Police Akanksha Yadav. Policemen are continuously monitoring the security arrangements to keep them effective. Performing duties with regular patrolling and vigilance, police teams are busy ensuring that devotees can enjoy Ramlila without any fear.

In view of the movement of large number of people during Ramlila, crowd management and maintaining law and order is the priority of the police. For this purpose, special attention is being paid to security arrangements.
