The investigating agencies are now trying to find out what kind of connection the Pandit sitting abroad has with the firing incidents and ransom demanding cases in India. Police are also investigating links between people who claimed responsibility for the attacks on social media and the alleged attackers arrested in India.

Investigators believe that taking responsibility for attacks on social media and issuing threats to big personalities could be part of the gang's strategy. Through this, an attempt is made to collect ransom and increase its influence by creating fear among the people. In such a situation, along with finding out the alleged role of Pandit, the possibilities of his arrest from abroad and extradition to India are also an important part of the investigation.
