Tanisha Mukherjee:Friendship, love and controversies often remain in the headlines in the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. In the 7th season of the show, the closeness of actress Tanisha Mukherjee and Armaan Kohli also created a lot of discussion. Now many years later, Tanisha has spoken openly about this relationship and her experiences spent in the show. Calling ‘Bigg Boss’ a game of manipulation, the actress claimed that the atmosphere of the show had such an impact on her that it took her about six months to come out of her relationship with Armaan Kohli.
Didn’t have complete information before going to ‘Bigg Boss’
Tanisha Mukherjee told in an interview to YouTube channel ‘Unfolding Humans’ that when she went to ‘Bigg Boss’ house, she had no idea what the experience there was going to be like for her. She admitted that she was quite naive at the time and was not fully prepared to understand the atmosphere of the show.
Tanisha further said, “They trap you in such situations. They put you together in bad situations or in jail, which makes you start feeling sympathy towards each other regarding your problems. All these experiences create some artificial emotions inside you, which are not actually your own. These feelings arise because of the experiences you have had together, even though you did not choose them. These are conditions that are set by the people who control the game show. I realized these things later.”
He claimed that later the makers put him and Armaan in the same team, which gave them more opportunities to interact with each other. Tanisha told that she immediately felt a kinship with Armaan Kohli, because he also came from a family associated with the film industry. She further said that she found it easy to live with him because she had a film industry vibe that no other member of the house had.
‘People put you in such situations that you become closer to each other’
he adds, “Then circumstances brought us to a moment where ‘trauma bonding’ (deep connection through traumatic experiences) was very high. After coming out, I had to go to a psychiatrist. It took me 6 months to come out of the ‘brainwashing’ of ‘Bigg Boss’. You have to be very careful while going to such reality shows. I think this is because from the background I come from, I was living in a different world (bubble). I was in a place where people had the mindset of ‘live yourself and let others live’, everything was very easy. Before entering ‘Bigg Boss’ house, I had never faced any kind of manipulation.”
The discussion about Tanisha and Armaan’s closeness started in 2013.
