Love has no age. Love, attraction or emotional closeness can develop towards a person at any stage of life. Especially after the age of 40, some women start experiencing emotional and physical changes in their lives.
During this time, the person may place more importance on their own needs, time spent with their partner, and emotional intimacy in the relationship. According to a survey conducted in collaboration with Ashley Madison and YouGov, 45 percent of women consider the time after the age of 40 to be the best time of their lives.

However, this finding does not apply to all women. In some women the period before menopause, i.e. perimenopause, may begin around the age of 40. During this period, the levels of various hormones, including estrogen, fluctuate.

This can cause changes in sexual desire, mood and physical experiences. However, every woman’s experience is different. At this age, the responsibility of raising children reduces to some extent, due to which some women are able to get more time for themselves and their partner.

As a result, they may be more willing to spend time together, go on walks, plan trips, and increase intimacy in their relationship. After the age of 40, some women begin to understand their feelings and needs more clearly.
