IND-W vs ZIM-W 1st ODI: Indian women’s cricket team’s young fast bowler Kranti Gaud impressed with her brilliant bowling in the first ODI against Zimbabwe. In the match being played at the BCA Stadium in Kotambi, Vadodara on Thursday (23 October), 23-year-old Kranti bowled Zimbabwe’s wicketkeeper batsman Chiedza Dhururu with a precise yorker.
This incident was seen on the first ball of the 36th over of Zimbabwe’s innings. Kranti Gaur bowled a fast ball on the yorker length outside the off stump. Chidja Dhururu tried to drive on it, but the ball took the inside edge of his bat and hit the leg stump. With this the wickets scattered and Dhururu had to return to the pavilion. The speed of his ball was 102.9 kilometers per hour. Dhururu was out after scoring just 10 runs in 23 balls.
