According to the information, a 17 year old girl was murdered after rape in Gaighata of Bangaon district of West Bengal. Prahlad Das was arrested by Bangaon police in this case. West Bengal Police took him to the spot on Monday. So that the reconstruction of rape and murder can be done. According to the police, after reaching the spot, Prahlad Das snatched the service revolver of a sub-inspector and fired three rounds. A policeman was injured in Prahlad's firing. After which the police also opened fire and Prahlad Das, accused of rape and murder, was hit by several bullets. Prahlad was declared dead when taken to the primary health center in Chandpada.
