New Delhi. Despite the ongoing strain in relations between India and Pakistan after Operation Sindoor, India has invited Pakistan to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Civilization Dialogue Forum. An invitation has been sent from India to Pakistan's National Heritage and Culture Minister Aurangzeb Khan Khichi. SCO Forum will be organized on 20-22 November in New Delhi under the hosting of India, hence all the 10 member countries of SCO have been invited by India. However, at present Pakistan has not confirmed whether Aurangzeb will come to India or not.

If Pakistan Minister Aurangzeb Khan Khichi comes to India to attend the SCO Forum, then it will be the first time after 2023 that a Pakistani minister will visit India. Earlier, the then Foreign Minister of Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had come to India to attend the meeting of SCO Foreign Ministers held in Goa on 4 and 5 May 2023. Let us tell you that India has many times exposed Pakistan's double standards regarding terrorism to the world. After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India had also canceled the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan, due to which there is a water crisis in Pakistan.

Pakistan has repeatedly threatened India with nuclear weapons regarding the restoration of the Indus Water Treaty. However, India's stand is very clear and PM Modi has also said that India is not afraid of nuclear threats. In such a situation, now the big question is whether the Pakistan government will send its minister to India? It is noteworthy that apart from India, Pakistan, China, Belarus, Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are the member countries of SCO. India became a full member of SCO in the year 2017.
