Sangakkara expressed his displeasure on social media platform X. He wrote, “Has anyone encountered discriminatory gate staff on Ryanair in Dublin? This just happened to me and my family and it was shocking. The tone of voice, mishandling of the process and threatening behavior. This is unacceptable for any passenger to have. This is my first bad experience in Dublin.”
After this post of Sangakkara, questions have been raised regarding the behavior of airline employees. However, no response has been received from Ryanair on his allegations. At present this is Sangakkara’s side and information about the other side of the incident is yet to be revealed.
Has anyone experienced discriminatory gate personnel @Ryanair in Dublin? I with my family just did and it was shocking. The tone of address and the mishandling of procedure and threatening behavior. Unacceptable for any passenger. First bad experience in Dublin
