New Delhi. Famous Punjabi singer Honey Singh has expressed deep condolences on the demise of his nephew Vidit Olak. Vidit died in a road accident, which occurred in Jalandhar, Punjab in the early hours of Sunday. According to reports, the accident happened around 3:30 am in the morning, in which Vidit's friend Aarav Talwar also lost his life.

Two youth lost their lives in a serious road accident in Jalandhar on Sunday morning. This accident happened on the flyover near the police line, where the Volkswagen car of the youth returning from the birthday party collided with a parked tractor-trolley of the Municipal Corporation. The collision was so severe that both the youth lost their lives.

The deceased have been identified as Vidit Olak, son of Speed Records owner Dinesh, and Aarav Talwar, son of Pappy Sweets owner. Honey Singh considered Vidit as his nephew, as he had worked with Speed Records. As soon as information about the accident was received, Baradari police reached the spot, took possession of the dead bodies and started investigation.

According to police, the car was going from BMC Chowk towards BSF Chowk when it collided with a tractor-trolley. A total of five youths were traveling in the car at the time of the accident, out of which two died. Police station in-charge Sahil Chaudhary said that the relatives of the deceased refused to take further action, after which the bodies were handed over to the family.
