Process to check PF balance through WhatsApp
Under this new service, employees do not need to visit the EPFO website again and again. Through EPFO's WhatsApp service, users can get PF related information directly on their mobile. To avail this facility, employees have to send a message to the EPFO number in their WhatsApp account. Here we tell you the step by step process:
– Open WhatsApp in your mobile.
– Search EPFO's WhatsApp number +91 8796441800.
– Send message by opening the verified account of EPFO.
– Send message by writing 'Hi'.
– Follow the instructions on the screen.
– Select services like PF balance, passbook details and recent transactions.
– Get information by selecting the service as per your requirement.

– **PF Balance**: Employees can check the balance information in their PF account.
– **EPF Passbook**: Employees can check the details of PF contribution and passbook credited to their account.
– **Last 5 Transactions**: From here you can see the information of last 5 transactions done in your PF account.
