In Lalganj tehsil, on Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Advocate Committee Chairman Rajendra Prasad Maurya, the advocates, angry with the working style of the SDM, protested in the tehsil premises, shouting slogans. During this, the advocates raised slogans of “Remove SDM, save Tehsil” and expressed their anger. The same advocate Arun Kumar Tripathi, former president, said that SDM Lalganj has crossed the limit of bribery and until he is transferred, we advocates will remain on strike continuously.
Advocates say that they are angry with the working style of SDM Lalganj for the last one month. He alleges that complaints are continuously coming to the fore in the tehsil regarding money recovery through brokers and unnecessary delay and negligence in the work of common people.
The protesting advocates made serious allegations of corruption and bribery against the SDM and demanded his transfer. The advocates clearly said that their protest will continue until SDM Lalganj is transferred.
During this, President Rajendra Prasad Maurya, former Tehsil President Arun Kumar Tripathi, Advocate Swayam Prakash Tripathi, Advocate Shivam Pandey, Advocate Umashankar Singh Patel, Sharad Maurya, Advocate Kunwar Maurya, Advocate Sanjay Maurya, Ashish Tripathi, Kunwar Maurya, Hriday Shankar Chaturvedi, Rajkumar Pandey, Ashok Pandey, Parshuram Maurya and advocates of the Tehsil were present.
