It will take 35 to 45 minutes to complete the cruise journey of about 6 kilometers from Sonia Vihar to Jagatpur. The cruise will have a seating capacity of about 40 passengers at a time. During this time people will be able to enjoy the views of Yamuna river.
Not just cruise, there will be special facilities for families too
Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra said that the scope of Yamuna Safari will not be limited to cruise service only. Picnic sites for families will also be developed around it. There are plans to provide many types of recreational facilities to the people here. These include restaurants and food kiosks, special areas for children's play, musical fountains, water sports facilities, picnic areas for families.
Tourism and employment will get a boost in Delhi
